Available Vacancies

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Carry out day-to-day administration including Trust and Corporate work, organising board meetings, preparing board packs, any other administration work
  • Statutory filing – Ensure records are properly maintained and compliant with local legislations including file reviews/KYC updates, conducting due diligence, etc.
  • Filing, Scanning of Statutory Files and updating of information on relevant folders
  • Deal with authorities, banks, auditors and other service providers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree Holder (Management, Economics, Law & Management, Business Administration).
  • At least 2-3-years experience in similar position.
  • Fully computer literate 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, both in English and French.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  •  Diploma or degree holder in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of offshore sector.
  • Ability to work in autonomy.
  • Confident and ambitious person.

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Assisting with Administration, Incorporation of Companies
  • Filing and Scanning of Corporate Documents
  • Liaising with Bank for payment processing
  • Liaise with the authorities such as the Financial Services Commission (FSC) and other relevant statutory bodies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Holder of a degree/master’s in law/Finance.
  • Over 1-2 years’ experience in the offshore sector or banking sector.

  • Ability to work in autonomy.
