Seychelles International Business Company (IBC) is an offshore body corporate which is available in Seychelles. The International Business Companies Act 2016 governs the formation, tax benefits and general structure of an IBC. This type of structure is exempt from any form of tax and withholding taxes in Seychelles and it is normally designed to engage in international business activities such as investment holding, trading and consultancy.
